Last updated September 27, 2026. These terms apply to this website and online interest/consent forms. Event-specific rules, waivers, venue requirements, and youth-safety procedures may also apply.
Informational website
The website provides information about Kids Cars and Coffee, its planned events, community outreach, mentorship goals, and ways to express interest. Submitting a form does not guarantee event admission, mentor status, volunteer placement, sponsorship, or a vehicle display space.
Youth participation
Minors must participate under the event's parent/guardian and youth-safety requirements. Guest car owners are not automatically designated mentors. Ongoing or one-to-one mentoring requires a separate approval process. No private messaging with minors, unsupervised one-to-one meetings, or rides/driving with youth are part of the program unless a future written policy expressly authorizes a different supervised activity.
Vehicle owners and attendees
Vehicle owners remain responsible for their vehicles, insurance, safe operation, lawful conduct, and compliance with venue and event instructions. Event organizers may set first-come, capacity, safety, conduct, parking, photography, or display rules and may remove a participant when reasonably necessary for safety or event operations.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, exploitative, or harmful content. Do not submit personal information about a child through the general interest form.
Photos and content
Photo or media submissions are governed by the consent selections made on the Photo & Media Consent page. Submission does not guarantee publication. You retain any ownership rights you have, subject to the permissions you grant through the consent form.
Tax-exempt status
Kids Cars and Coffee has submitted Form 1023-EZ and federal 501(c)(3) recognition is pending. Until applicable requirements are satisfied, the organization does not represent website contributions or payments as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Stories shared by car owners, mentors, volunteers, speakers, or other participants are personal experiences and general encouragement. They are not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
