Event volunteer
Help with check-in, family directions, parking coordination, setup/cleanup, wayfinding, hospitality, registration support, and keeping event areas organized and welcoming.
You do not need a rare car or a formal youth-program background to contribute. Kids Cars and Coffee needs event volunteers, community connectors, career speakers, car owners, photographers, logistics support, partner organizations, and group volunteers.
Help with check-in, family directions, parking coordination, setup/cleanup, wayfinding, hospitality, registration support, and keeping event areas organized and welcoming.
Bring a vehicle and talk with youth in the public event setting. All makes and styles are welcome. The value is not only the car—it is the story, work ethic, lessons, and encouragement behind it.
Share a practical story about your career, education, trade, military service, entrepreneurship, recovery from setbacks, financial discipline, or the choices that helped you move forward.
Help with supervised group activities. Youth-facing roles require the applicable screening, orientation, training, and approval before serving.
Introduce KCC to schools, youth programs, Boys & Girls Clubs, car clubs, dealerships, employers, venues, civic organizations, and nonprofits that may want to participate.
We also need help with event production, photography, design, fundraising, grant research, youth-development guidance, legal/compliance support, safety planning, and community outreach.
